Join me in the Fight Against Cancer
Last year I had the opportunity of running the Marine Corps Marathon with a charity partner. This was the first time I had combined my passion for running with fundraising for a cause that I believed in and it made a world of difference.
This year, when it came time for me to decide what events I would participate in, I began thinking about the impact that cancer has had on many people who have been a part of my life. It made me realize that if everyone I knew who has been affected by cancer - either personally or through loved ones - joined together, what kind of difference could we make?
