Thanks to everyone for your support, thoughts, and prayers this Spring and Summer! Andrea and I really appreciate it.

Recovery is going well. So well, that I will be riding in the Challenge on August 23rd with Nicasio, Rob, Michael and Dale. Andrea, Anna, and Luca will be in the 5k. Ken, Jon, Harry, and Steve will be riding the century. Team Gristina will be out in full force, ready to pick a fight!

The Lance Armstrong Foundation unites people to fight cancer, believing that unity is strength, knowledge is power, and attitude is everything.
